The Integrity Project© is a 16 hour course that teaches individuals the basics of how to live a life of Integrity. It is being used as a "Second-Chance" sentencing option at several judicial systems throughout the state of Georgia, (letters of recommendation and program evaluations can be found by clicking  Here) and has had tremendous success in reducing the recidivism rates for these court systems. The Integrity Project provides cutting-edge solutions for companies, judicial systems, institutions, schools and organizations seeking to raise the standard of personal and corporate Integrity. The Purpose of this course is to help students make good decisions by helping them establish strong Core Values and an understanding of Integrity that will result in a lifestyle of genuine Integrity.

The Integrity Project© is a step-by-step process of building personal and professional Integrity by establishing personal Core Values, and demonstrated through the Cornerstones of Integrity. Which are:

Respect: We teach students to understand and demonstrate having value of persons (including themselves), resources and authority.

Reliability: Students learn to understand honesty, truth and team effort.

Restraint: We teach students to understand the need for personal boundaries and balance.

Responsibility: We help students learn how to live up to the principles covered in the other Cornerstones.

The Integrity Project© is designed to give individuals the tools that they need to build a better life. It is unlike any other character-building program.  The Integrity Project© equips students to define and establish their own set of Core Values by which they live. This process of discovering personal values opens the door to applying principles of character. This program is unique because it provides individuals the tools they need to succeed and helps them build the confidence to make it.

The Integrity Project© is taught in a professional, refreshing and enlightening manner. The program covers everything from the importance of Integrity and Reputation, including the differences between them, to recognizing addiction and dependency issues. Although The Integrity Project© is not a recovery program, many have found it to be the "missing element" in their recovery plan.

What Makes us Different from everyone else?  Well First of all, there is no other program out there that does what we do. The closest thing out there would be an "Anger Management" Program which is almost the opposite type of program from us. Anger Management is controlling your behavior from the outside in. The Integrity Project© is a values development course which helps you change yourself from the inside out. I mean, let's face it, if your values are in order then your behavior will pretty much follow in suit.  Secondly, most other programs out there can only boast a 50%- 60% success rate. And to be fair to the other programs, it's not their fault. It doesn't matter how right you are or how good of an argument you can make, if someone doesn't want to change, then they won't. Just like with smoking cigarettes or being addicted to drugs and alcohol. If you do not want to quit, then you won't. The Integrity Project© can boast higher numbers simply because we help with the want In November of 2011, The Judicial Correction Services office in Acworth, Georgia ran their numbers of probationers that did and did not go through The Integrity Project©. The numbers were a shock to everyone! For the probationers that did not go through our program, about 76%* of them successfully completed their probation or were still on track. And as for the probationers that did come through The Integrity Project©, 90%* successfully completed their probation, paid all fees and fines to the court and have yet to get back into trouble!

*  These numbers include successful terminations along with on-track/active cases. For more details on this, please see chart below. (click to enlarge)
